Aroma therapy is a system of healing which involves the use of pure essential oils. These fragrant oils are distilled from various parts of plants, flowers, herbs and trees, each of which have different therapeutic properties.
More precisely, it uses essential oils for example Rose oil comes from the petals, Rosemary from the leaf, Orange oil from the rind of the fruit, Cinnamon oil from the bark and so on.

Aroma therapy, as the name suggests, works mostly through our sense of smell. However, the essences also enter the body through skin absorption. During a bath or body massage, some of the oil is absorbed through your skin.
